Refund policy

We are confident you will love your new Dianas of Noosa. However, if something does not work out, we are here and happy to assist. At Dianas, we pride ourselves on customer service, and wish to ensure your online shopping experience is convenient and enjoyable. 

If you receive an item unsuitable, and if it adheres to the following requirements, kindly follow the subsequent steps. You can then receive a swift refund, exchange or store credit. 

Returns Requirements: 

  • Shoes must be in perfect condition and unworn, with original packaging. 
  • Item(s) must not have been purchased on sale (all our sales items are not returnable).
  • Item(s) can only be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Kindly note that the original postage cost is not credited, and is recharged for replacement item(s).


Returns Steps: 

  • Email us to request a refund within 7 days of receipt of shoes. Please include your name, receipt number, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return.  
  • Upon return approval, you will receive an authorisation number. 
  • Return your item(s) within 5 business days of the return authorisation number being issued. 
  • We recommend that you register your return mail and keep a receipt, as we do not take responsibility for goods not received. 
  • Clearly mark the bag with the return authorisation number, and send to:
